The challenge

The company was losing control over marketing costs. In the period from October 2023 to February 2024, the cost of acquiring one inquiry for custom-made furniture jumped from 48 PLN to 112 PLN. Marek spent 14,500 PLN monthly on ads but didn't know which one actually sold tables for 12,000 PLN and which just generated empty clicks. Preparing one report took him exactly 14 hours and 15 minutes a week.

Our approach

At Strategies and Visions PL, we started by checking the numbers. We went to the factory in Radomsko and analyzed the customer journey from the last 9 months. We discovered that the agency handling the ads only reported 'reach', completely omitting actual sales. Our team of three specialists implemented clear rules: we count every zloty from marketing and cut what doesn't earn.

The solution

We built a simple, automated dashboard in Google Looker Studio. We connected data from the production system, CRM, and advertising accounts. Now Marek doesn't have to transcribe anything. The system pulls data itself every hour. The owner receives an SMS every Monday at 7:30 AM with three key numbers: spending, number of leads, and cost of sale. These are concrete tasks, not empty promises.

Results

Marek regained almost two working days every week. Marketing stopped being a mystery and became a measurable process. We turned off two Instagram campaigns that cost 4,100 PLN per month and didn't bring in a single customer in 2024.
