This document is a collection of simple rules on how we cooperate at Strategies and Visions PL. By using our website or ordering any of our services, you accept these rules. We have been operating in Warsaw since September 2016 and always focus on clear situations from the very beginning. We do not use complicated legal loopholes or fine print. We do not like fluff, so in these regulations you will find only key facts about how we care for your interest and our common business safety. We treat every cooperation as a partnership relationship based on hard data and mutual trust.

We provide strategic advisory services, rather than running a typical general agency. Our offer includes vision building workshops, marketing audits, and creating annual action plans. We start every order by reliably checking your numbers from the last 12 months. This is the foundation without which we won't move forward, because we check the numbers before we propose anything. We don't promise magic growth overnight, but we guarantee a list of specific tasks to perform.

Our work is delivering a plan on paper that is intended to bring real profit in the bank. If you order a startup audit from us, you will receive a full report with errors and savings within 7 working days. All details regarding a specific project, deadlines, and parties' responsibilities are always recorded in the order confirmation sent via e-mail. Thanks to this, you know exactly what you are paying for and what you can expect from us. We do not handle day-to-day social media service or post writing; we focus exclusively on strategy and the profitability of your marketing.

In business we count every zloty from marketing, so our financial rules are very transparent. The 360 Startup Audit costs 4,850 PLN and this is a one-time fee, payable in advance before analysis begins. Other services, like implementation support, are priced individually based on daily rates or a fixed monthly fee. We usually issue invoices with a payment deadline of 7 days from their issue date. If you are late with the transfer, we have the right to suspend work on your strategy until the amount is settled.

It's a simple and fair rule: we deliver specific tasks on time, and you pay the invoice according to the deadline. We do not apply any hidden costs or additional fees that you did not learn about during the first meeting at our office at Zlota 44. All prices we give are net amounts to which we add VAT in accordance with current regulations in Poland. Your money is safe with us because we work exclusively on results that you can easily verify in your bank panel after implementing our recommendations.

In order for us to prepare an effective plan on paper for you, we need your full involvement. You must provide us with access to site statistics, marketing invoices, and advertising accounts. Without insight into your real expenses and revenues, our analysis will not make sense. If you delay in providing the necessary access or documents, the report delivery deadline may be pushed back. We act efficiently and respond to your inquiries in 54 minutes on average, so we expect similar efficiency in communication from your side.

Remember that specific tasks require specific information. We do not take responsibility for errors in strategy that result from providing us with false data about your company's margin or fixed costs. We check numbers very carefully, but we base our work on what we receive from you. All meetings and workshops take place at dates established with at least 5 days' notice. We respect your calendar and ask for the same – canceling a workshop at the last minute generates costs that we will have to charge you for.

All reports, action calendars, and strategic documents that we create for you become your property after the full invoice amount is paid. You can freely implement them in your company, pass them to employees or external contractors. We reserve the right to use anonymous results of your company in our statistics and educational materials. We want to show other business owners how to realistically increase profit, but we never reveal your company name or your trade secrets without explicit consent.

We respect the privacy of our 134 clients just as we care for their margins. Our original budget calculation methods and analytical spreadsheets are protected by copyright. You have the full right to use them within your enterprise, but you cannot resell them or share them with third parties providing advisory services. All materials you receive from us during workshops at Zlota Street are used exclusively to improve your company's results. We believe that an honest approach to intellectual property is the only way to build a healthy business in Poland.
